Premise
The AGENTS.md spec describes itself as
a README for agents: a dedicated, predictable place to provide the context and instructions to help AI coding agents work on your project.
This project provides the context and instructions to AI agents that their presence is unwelcome.
How to use
Copy the AGENTS.md file from this repository to the root of your repository.
Claude
Claude's authors are not respectful of much, including the AGENTS.md spec. You may optionally apply CLAUDE.md to repel it.
What are skills?

Agent Skills are a lightweight, open format for extending AI agent capabilities with specialized knowledge and workflows.
At its core, a skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file. This file includes metadata (name and description, at minimum) and instructions that tell an agent how to perform a specific task. Skills can also bundle scripts, templates, and reference materials.

Using AI to Map the World
In conjunction with OpenStreetMap, we are creating tools that we hope will enable the mapping community to enjoy a faster & more accurate mapping experience. To this end, we used artificial intelligence to predict features on high-resolution satellite imagery; these features are then populated in our RapiD map editing tool. When combined with global-scale humanitarian efforts, we hope RapiD can help realize our vision of a more connected world.
